How We Measure Success
We start with a baseline Body Impedance Analysis (BIA) “Body Composition Scan” with the EVOLT360 system to evaluate fat mass, lean mass, visceral fat and hydration. We will use this tool every four weeks to track your progress.
We feel this part of the journey is absolutely key to success in many ways, one being evaluation of lean mass to avoid losing lean mass during the process (and sagging skin), which is also why weight training is so critically important.
We also start with reviewing baseline labs as the starting place and then, after three months, we repeat those labs to show progress and discuss if there is still room to improve.
